We’re Back — And Ready for Another Season

It may have seemed like a quiet, sleepy winter from your end not hearing much from us—but behind the scenes, we were anything but slow. We ran all winter long (minus a short February pause), and even tried our hand at winter pigs this year… which went amazing. The only downside? Still completely sold out!


Now, we’re beyond excited to be heading into our fourth year at the Loveland Farmers Market. We’ll be bringing all your favorites: our flagship grass-fed and grass-finished beef, along with pasture-raised chicken and grass-finished lamb. And of course, we’ll have Fisherman’s Pride Seafood back with us again this season!

So, what makes us different?


At West Cattle Company, we raise our beef from birth to finish—no middlemen, no feedlots. Our cattle spend their entire lives on open pasture, right here on our ranch, from day one. That low-stress, natural environment doesn’t just matter to us—it shows up in the quality of the product you bring to your table.


We’re also a fourth-generation, family-owned operation, committed to doing things the right way. That means keeping everything under our watch, maintaining the highest standards, and producing beef that’s as clean and honest as it gets.


As we head into spring, a quick reminder—bulk beef orders open back up in May. If you’re looking for full customization, you can choose a half or whole. Want to ease into it? Try a quarter. And if you’re looking for convenience, our subscription bundles are the easiest way to keep your freezer stocked with high-quality beef, delivered straight to your door each month.
